This means that if you need it, the backup will have a recent snapshot of your Office 365 workspace from some time that day, rather than from the day or week before.
What can I backup to the Cloud? Our solution integrates with Office 365 and can be set to backup everything in your Exchange Mailbox along with your OneDrive & SharePoint data.
